MEMBERSHIP REFUNDS
7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on all new membership purchases. If you are not satisfied with your membership within the first 7 days after purchase, you may request a full refund. Please note that this refund policy applies only to new membership subscriptions and cannot be applied to renewals.
Refund Eligibility:
To be eligible for a membership refund, you must submit your refund request within 7 days of the purchase date. Refund requests submitted after this period will not be processed.
Refund Process:

DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS REFUNDS
No-Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of digital products and the instant access they provide, we generally do not offer refunds on single item purchases such as templates, audio files, videos, and other digital content, except in specific cases outlined below.
Defective or Incomplete Products:
If you encounter a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or using the downloadable product as intended, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of purchase. We will investigate the issue and, if verified, provide you with a replacement copy or a full refund, to the discretion of PixTemplates.
Unauthorized Charges:
If you believe that your account was charged for a downloadable product without your consent, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will investigate the issue and provide a refund if the charge is found to be unauthorized.
Legal Requirements:
Even though in some jurisdictions, consumer protection laws may entitle you to a refund under certain circumstances, Quebec (Canada) jurisdiction law will apply. If applicable local Canadian laws require us to provide a refund, we will adhere to those requirements.
